Brach Eichler Injury Lawyers Member and Personal Injury Chair Edward Capozzi and Associate Dennis Shlionsky recovered $950,000 for a North Jersey family involved in an auto accident en route to a vacation on Long Beach Island (LBI).

The plaintiffs, a husband and wife and their two minor children, were traveling on the Manahawkin Bay Bridge in Stafford Township, New Jersey on their way to LBI when their vehicle was rear ended by a vehicle. The husband fractured two teeth and suffered lumbar herniated discs, which required a discectomy procedure. The wife suffered soft tissue injuries to her shoulder and spine that required no invasive treatment. Both minor children suffered concussions.

This case was mediated by the Hon. Mark B. Epstein (Retired) and was scheduled for trial on 9/9/19.
