Edward P. Capozzi, the Chair of the Personal Injury Practice at Brach Eichler Injury Lawyers and one of New Jersey’s most dynamic and renowned personal injury lawyers, has been installed as the new president of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). He is the association’s 59th president and will serve from 2020-2021.
“I am deeply honored to assume the role of President of the NJAJ, an organization I have long been dedicated to and been a part of,” said Capozzi. “During my tenure, I will do my best to advance the mission of justice for all while upholding NJAJ’s commitment to advocacy and education for New Jersey’s trial lawyers.”

NJAJ was founded in 1940 and incorporated in 1976. The association protects New Jersey’s families by advocating for the preservation and strengthening of laws that create safer products, cleaner workplaces and higher quality health care. The NJAJ is headquartered in Trenton and has over 2,700 members.
