Warren Hall, then 48 years old, was injured following a rear-end accident in March 2015 with little property damage, causing soft-tissue injuries and post-surgical changes to a prior fusion surgery. As a result of the accident, Mr. Hall underwent conservative treatment and a two-level post-accident fusion on his lower back.
